If you are interested in a diagnosis by our experts at the Orthopedic Center Munich East (OZMO), first make an appointment with our practice team. In the process, initial aspects of your health are already queried in order to select the right orthopedic and/or trauma surgery specialist for you. Should the need for further expertise arise in the course of diagnostics, our specialists naturally also act as part of a team as well as in interdisciplinary cooperation with colleagues from other disciplines. Through good planning, we thus try to avoid waiting times for you, if this is possible. If available, bring documentation of previous exams with you to your appointment.
At your appointment at OZMO, a detailed discussion with the specialist follows, during which a careful medical history is taken. This is followed by clinical examinations, during which we determine the first clues to the causes of your complaints. We schedule further examinations as needed. In this way, laboratory examinations, imaging diagnostic procedures and further aspects can be initiated, the planning of which we sometimes undertake directly afterwards or carry out at further appointments.
At OZMO, we always try to reduce the number of appointments in order to save you trips to our practice or to colleagues. In doing so, we make use of well-chosen practice equipment, which enables us to perform many examinations directly on site. These include, for example, complex examinations using imaging techniques. With our care, you do not have to travel to a distant hospital for an MRI or an X-ray, but are examined directly at the Orthopädie Zentrum München Ost.
